BAKTI started pioneering the Palapa Ring Expansion project with the vision of increasing national income (RGDP) and digital empowerment in areas that still lack access internet, as well as improving the performance of areas currently served by the Palapa Ring network. Assist and accompany the GCA in preparing feasibility and planning studies – OBC to determine the options and feasibility of expanding the Palapa Ring fiber optic backbone network. Implementation of studies and planning which include legal and institutional, technical, economic and commercial, environmental and social, forms of cooperation in providing infrastructure, risks, the need for government support and/or government guarantees, and procurement plans.
