Our Consultant Team is tasked with assisting the BAKTI Infrastructure Directorate as business owner, to find the best solution to determine the Hot Backup satellite, and procurement plan for the Government-2 Multi-Function Satellite project, which meets legal and regulatory requirements in Indonesia, and is based on internationally accepted good practice. In determining the duties and responsibilities of the team to accompany BAKTI through a Feasibility Study, the focus of this study is on technical, legal, financial and of course market behavior in this industry in the global world.
