Synergize with the Palapa Ring Integration PPP Project Transaction Assistance Consultant Team to obtain the main approvals required before the tender for the Palapa Ring Integration PPP Project, namely, inclusion of the Palapa Ring Integration PPP project plan in the PPP Book managed by Bappenas, Initial Confirmation (Initial Confirmation) Use of Payment Schemes Availability of Services from the Ministry of Finance, Approval of the Palapa Ring Integration Guarantee from PT Penjaminan Infrastruktur Indonesia (Persero), and Final Confirmation of Use of the Service Availability Payment Scheme from the Ministry of Finance.

   Prepare Project Documents which include updating the FBC Document and carrying out several things that need to be followed up as recommended in the FBC report before entering the business entity procurement stage, finalizing the procurement documents needed so that the Project can be implemented and fulfill the prerequisites of applicable laws and regulations in Indonesia, including drafting cooperation agreements, as well as assisting the GCA in the Project transaction process.
